Have you ever been inspired in a meeting so you take note while the speaker is sharing the idea in shorthand? You want to share this information with others however your unable to read the notes. It's frustrating because at that moment you were fully engaged and ready to spring into action. We have all had that moment. What we should do immediately following that meeting is simple. Take a few minutes immediately after the meeting and translate your shorthand into full sentences. Since the information is fresh in your memory, you are able to remember key points. You are able to elaborate some of your ideas based on the spark from the meeting.
